Marc Elias left his cushy job at Perkins Coie and started his own law firm and organization to fight for democracy and voting rights through litigation.
There isn't always much I can do. I'm not a lawyer, or a lawmaker, or a person who has any influence over political leaders, but Marc is. By donating to him monthly, I feel like I am playing a part in fighting for our voting rights.

They currently are litigating for free and fair elections in over 12 states.
With complete inaction from our congressional leaders, the courts and this litigation have proven to be the best way to fight gerrymandering, voter suppression, and Trump's claims about the big lie.
Remember he lost 60 lawsuits - and Marc Elias was the attorney of record for most of them.
